MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by FedEx, DHL, or TNT all of which require a signature. Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. Each order on moeva.com is sent along with the exclusive MOEVA Bag. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at info@moeva.com. Defective or Damaged Items:

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.
