The default currency of moeva.com is USD. However, you may choose to complete your purchase in your local currency. Prices may vary based on the applicable exchange rates at the time of payment.

How to Order on moeva.com

To browse our collections, select a category from the navigation menu on the MOEVA homepage. If you are looking for a specific product, you may use the search function available on our website.

Each product page includes detailed information regarding the product description, fabric composition, color options, and available sizes. Select your preferred color and size, then click "Add to Bag" to add the item to your shopping bag.

Once you have selected your items, click "Proceed to Checkout."

Creating an account is not required to place an order on MOEVA. However, we recommend creating an account and joining our MOEVA Loyalty Program to enjoy exclusive member benefits.

The checkout process consists of the following steps:

  1. Enter your shipping and billing information.

  2. Select your preferred shipping method.

  3. All moeva.com orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Duties, taxes, and customs charges are included at checkout, and no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

  4. Enter your payment information.

  5. Review your order summary and verify that all information is correct.

  6. Accept our Terms and Conditions and click "Proceed."

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. As a result, updates may not appear immediately.

Shipping

MOEVA ships worldwide and offers both Standard and Express shipping options.

All orders are shipped via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery times begin on the first business day following the date the order is placed.

Orders are processed and shipped during the following business hours:

Monday – Friday
09:00 – 18:00 (GMT+3)

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Every order placed on moeva.com is delivered with an exclusive MOEVA bag.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@moeva.com.

Please note that MOEVA cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Duties and Taxes

All moeva.com orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. Therefore, you will not be required to pay any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Applicable charges, including:

  • Import duties,

  • Customs duties,

  • Local sales taxes,

are automatically calculated and included in the final order total during checkout.

Duties and taxes are determined based on:

  • The applicable tax regulations of the destination country,

  • Customs processing fees,

  • The international customs classification of the merchandise.

These charges must be paid in order for shipments to be cleared through customs and are included in your order total at checkout.

Orders shipped from the United States are not subject to the standard 21% VAT.

Return Policy

Moeva Swimwear Return & Exchange Policy

At MOEVA, maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene is our priority.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear products, all swimwear items are subject to a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.

This policy enables us to preserve the highest standards of hygiene and customer confidence.

Swimwear Returns

All swimwear sales are final.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any swimwear items.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review our size guides before completing their purchase.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Defective or Damaged Items

All products undergo thorough quality inspections before shipment.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact:

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be:

  • Unused,

  • In the same condition in which it was received,

  • Returned in its original packaging.

Once verified, a replacement of the same item will be provided where applicable.

Returns and Exchanges for Ready-to-Wear (RTW) Items

Returns and exchanges for dresses, pants, and other ready-to-wear items are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Hygiene liners and protective seals must remain intact.

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period following delivery.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact info@moeva.com with their order details and reason for return or exchange.

Important Notes

Please take care to avoid transferring makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other marks onto garments while trying them on.

Items returned with stains, damage, signs of wear, or alterations will not be accepted.

MOEVA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.
