The default currency of moeva.com is EUR. However, you can select and complete your payment in your local currency and the prices will be subject to change based on the exchange rates applicable at the date of payment.
Security is very important to us and MOEVA doesn't share or distribute any customer information. All transactions on moeva.com are secure. MOEVA is secured with SSL technology encryption system to protect personal and payment data, as demonstrated by the "https" URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser's address bar.

How to Order on moeva.com
To browse our catalog, select a category from the navigation menu on the homepage of MOEVA. To find a specific product, use our website search option. On each product page, you will find the product description, composition, color, and size options. Select the desired color and size of the product and add them to your shopping bag by clicking on "Add to Bag". Once you have chosen your products, click on "Proceed to Checkout". It's not necessary to register on MOEVA, however, we suggest you create an account and enjoy customer privileges. The checkout process has 6 steps: 1. Enter your shipping and billing address; 2. Select a shipping method; 3. All moeva.com orders are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Once you place an order, you are expected to pay the DDP of your order.; 4. Enter your payment details; 5. Check in the payment summary if the information you entered is correct; 6. Accept our terms and conditions and click on "Proceed".
After a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email with the tracking number of the package. Please note that the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is shipped, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by DHL, or MNG all of which require a signature. Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. Each order on moeva.com is sent along with the exclusive MOEVA Bag. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at email@example.com. Note that, MOEVA does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.
Duties and Taxes
All moeva.com orders are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means you will have to pay additional fees at the time of order delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all the import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your delivery country. Duties and taxes charges are based on the sales tax applied by your delivery country for purchases coming from Turkey, duties charged for processing by your delivery country, and the classification of that merchandise by the harmonized system. The payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note, we are unable to guarantee the cost of fees upon delivery. If the duties & taxes charges are not paid, the order will be returned to the MOEVA warehouse and the customer will not be refunded any of the shipping charges. A standard 21% VAT will be applied to all orders shipped from Turkey. For USA deliveries: all important duties are already included for orders valued up to $800!
MOEVA seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients, offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer. If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way: Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place. Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. To request a return, log in to your account and click on the "Returns" section. You will receive a "Return Form" via email with all the necessary information You can ship your returns to the MOEVA warehouse with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping and customs fee and duties will be at your own expense. Please verify that you have accurately completed and included with your parcel all the necessary documentation for Customs clearance. We recommend that you consult with local authorities and/or your selected shipping service to ensure that the documents are sufficient. MOEVA cannot be held responsible for parcels that are detained at Customs because of lacking or insufficient documentation. We therefore highly recommend that you choose a shipping service that permits you to trace the delivery at any time. According to our company policy, we do offer exchanges. Orders can be exchanged for different colors and sizes, according to stock availability. All items in the Sale section are non-refundable. Any item(s) marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items in the Sale section are non-refundable. Any item(s) marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, store credit, or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
After the package reaches our warehouse, allow us around 2 or 3 business days to verify the integrity of the items. Once your return has been accepted, the refund process will be issued as soon as possible to the card used in the original purchase, in the same currency. Our reimbursement process takes between 3 and 10 business days to be completed. The time the credit will be restored in your account depends on your banking procedures. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. In the event you return item(s) from an order that was qualified for free shipping, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. In case that the refund is made in a currency other than EURO, the refund amount shall be subject to change based on the exchange rates applicable at the date of refund. The customer agrees, declares, and undertakes that it shall not make any claim for any difference between the amount paid and the refund amount due to such reason.
