Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all new-season items, including those purchased at a discounted price, provided they meet our return conditions below. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Free exchanges are available for eligible full-price orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be made for a different size of the same item or another product of equal value to the amount paid for the original item.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by MOEVA. Eligible full-price exchanges are free of charge.

Items must show no stains, damage, signs of wear, or alterations and must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
