Delivery

MOEVA offers worldwide shipping.

Orders placed on moeva.com are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+3). Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, depending on product availability. For items that are in stock, orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) may be dispatched on the same business day. In the event of any delay due to stock availability or other operational reasons, our team will contact you via email.

All international orders placed on moeva.com are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are calculated and included at checkout. Therefore, no additional payment for these charges will be required upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch. You can also track your order through our Order Tracking page.

Every order placed on moeva.com is shipped with an exclusive MOEVA bag.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all new-season items, including those purchased at a discounted price, provided they meet our return conditions below. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Free exchanges are available for eligible full-price orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be made for a different size of the same item or another product of equal value to the amount paid for the original item.

Eligible discounted new-season items may also be exchanged for a different size of the same item or another product of equal value to the amount paid for the original item, subject to stock availability.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed by MOEVA. Eligible full-price exchanges are free of charge.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and hygiene liners and protective seals intact, where applicable. Items must show no stains, damage, signs of wear, or alterations and must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable. All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
