For items that are in stock, orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) may be dispatched on the same business day. All international orders placed on moeva.com are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are calculated and included at checkout. Therefore, no additional payment for these charges will be required upon delivery.

Returns are accepted on all new-season items, including those purchased at a discounted price, provided they meet our return conditions below. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
