MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by FedEx, DHL, or TNT all of which require a signature. Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). Return Policy
MOEVA seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients, offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer. If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way: Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place. You will receive a "Return Form" via email with all the necessary information You can ship your returns to the MOEVA warehouse with a shipping service of your choice and the return shipping and customs fee and duties will be at your own expense.
