For items that are in stock, orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) may be dispatched on the same business day. In the event of any delay due to stock availability or other operational reasons, our team will contact you via email.

All international orders placed on moeva.com are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are calculated and included at checkout. Therefore, no additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all new-season items, discounted or not, provided they meet our return conditions below. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Free exchanges are available for eligible full-price orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for a different size of the same item. Please note that the shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and hygiene liners in place, to guarantee a full refund.
