All international orders placed on moeva.com are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are calculated and included at checkout. Therefore, no additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on all new-season items, provided they meet our return conditions below. Outlet items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Free exchanges are available for eligible full-price orders. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can only be made for a different size of the same item.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and hygiene liners in place, to guarantee a full refund.
