Delivery

MOEVA offers worldwide shipping.

Orders placed on moeva.com are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT+3). Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, depending on product availability. For items that are in stock, orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+3) may be dispatched on the same business day. In the event of any delay due to stock availability or other operational reasons, our team will contact you via email.

All international orders placed on moeva.com are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Applicable customs duties, taxes, and other import charges are calculated and included at checkout. Therefore, no additional customs duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
