If your order is delayed or canceled for any reason (such as stock issues, payment problems, etc.), you will be contacted via email.

When trying on products, please take care to avoid any stains or marks such as makeup, deodorant, or similar substances. Items with such marks or damage will not be accepted for return.
Returns must be completed within 14 days from the delivery date.
The original packaging of the product must be intact and undamaged.
All tags and logos must remain attached and must not be removed.
Full-price orders within Turkey are eligible for free exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return is completed, you may place a new order for the correct size. For size exchanges within Turkey, shipping is free.
These exchange conditions apply only when exchanging for a different size of the same product.

Creating an account on MOEVA is not mandatory. However, we recommend creating an account to benefit from customer privileges.

All orders on moeva.com are shipped under DDP terms. Duties and customs fees are included at checkout, and no additional payment is required upon delivery.
Enter your payment information.
Verify the accuracy of the order summary.

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes after completing your purchase.
Once your order is shipped, a second email containing your tracking number will be sent.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. Therefore, no updates may be visible immediately.

All orders are shipped via DHL and require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery time starts from the first business day after the order date.

No processing or shipping takes place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact info@moeva.com.
MOEVA is not responsible for packages that have been successfully delivered to the correct address but are later lost or missing.
All orders placed on moeva.com are shipped under DDP terms. Therefore, no additional taxes or customs fees are required upon delivery.

All products are inspected before shipping.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

In the same condition as received
In its original packaging
After inspection, the item will be replaced with the same product if approved.
