Burcu Tanman: I would describe myself as a passionate, creative, and disciplined person.

Damla Zırh: Inspired by strong and elegant women, “Mo” represents a word meaning bold and strong in the Far East, while “Eva” symbolizes Eve, the first woman created. The combination of these words reflects not only the courage and strength of women but also our ideology.

Yağmur Zırh: Our style slogan "Original and Timeless Elegance" represents an understanding that combines modern fashion with timeless elegance. Each of our pieces offers long-lasting and unique elegance, appealing to both current trends and the graceful aesthetic of the future.
Your greatest achievement in your career so far:
Damla Zırh: My greatest achievement in my career so far has been turning Moeva into a globally recognized and loved brand together with Yağmur and Burcu. Thanks to Moeva's creative and original designs, we have managed to create a significant impact not only locally but also internationally, achieving global recognition for the brand.
What do you think about the current fashion industry?
Burcu Tanman: The current fashion industry is trying to strike a balance between fast consumption and sustainability. While fast fashion ensures that trends quickly reach consumers, it also brings environmental and ethical issues. Sustainability is gaining more importance by encouraging the use of organic and recyclable materials. Balancing fast consumption with sustainability is a critical step for the continuity of the fashion industry. We also strive to balance both elegance and environmental sensitivity.
What do you think is the most overrated style approach?
Damla Zırh: Pieces with too many logos and complex designs, as I believe they overshadow elegance.
The story of Moeva's Spring/Summer 2024 collection:
Burcu Tanman: The Fluid Motion collection reflects the energy of athletics and the graceful flow of water, showcasing a unique combination of these two worlds—strength and grace. This allowed the collection to create an aura that is “timeless, sophisticated, and understated” along with its quiet luxury concept.
What makes you happiest about summer?
Yağmur Zırh: The refreshing effect of the sea and the positive energies that summer brings rejuvenate my soul and make me feel refreshed and energetic.
Your most memorable summer moment:
Damla Zırh: I can say it was the opening of our first store, which represented the first concrete step in our business. The opening event offered an unforgettable experience for both us and our customers. Opening the doors of our first store was a significant milestone in our brand's growth journey and inspired us for future successes.

Burcu Tanman: Bodrum, Formentera, Amalfi.
