Return Policy
MOEVA seeks the complete satisfaction of its clients, offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer. If you not entirely happy with your purchased item, claims for returns and refund must be made in the following way: Claims concerning possible returns or refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.
