In pursuit of this vision, MOEVA has partnered with organizations such as Breast Cancer Care, Equality Now, and the leading industry expert Amoena® to incorporate breast forms into some of their timeless designs. In 2016, Creative Director Burcu Tanman introduced their first mastectomy swimsuit, combining high fashion with functionality for women who have undergone mastectomy.

Currently, 98% of Moeva’s workforce is female, reflecting the brand’s commitment to making a positive impact through its robust social responsibility efforts. REDUCING OUR IMPACT
Waste has long been a significant issue, often ending up in landfills. At MOEVA, we are dedicated to reducing and managing our waste responsibly. We meticulously sort all types of waste, sending them to certified third-party companies for recycling and decomposition.
We aim to increase awareness about the end-of-life of garments and educate our customers on proper recycling methods. Our Take-Back program allows customers to return their unused MOEVA pieces for recycling.
We are committed to addressing the ethical and environmental impacts of our transportation processes. To mitigate the carbon footprint of each order, we utilize Shopify Planet to offset our emissions.
OUR RESPONSIBLE SUPPLY CHAIN
We are dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and continually strive to minimize our carbon footprint. MOEVA garments are produced locally, and we make an effort to utilize transportation methods that generate fewer emissions. We also partner with suppliers who share our values and goals. To offset the carbon footprint of each order, we use Shopify Planet.
We regularly calculate, track, and monitor our water footprint, aiming to minimize our water usage. Given that the textile industry is one of the largest water consumers, we work with suppliers and manufacturers who have policies in place to control and reduce their water consumption. Additionally, we are taking incremental steps to reduce our energy consumption and plan to adopt renewable energy sources in the near future.

As a brand, we strive to reduce our environmental impact by using FSC-approved and recycled materials. Our sustainable packaging reflects this commitment, and our suppliers work to minimize waste, water, energy, and chemical use.
MOEVA is dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimizing its carbon footprint. Our domestically produced products and low-emission transportation methods support this goal. Through Shopify Planet, customers can also neutralize the carbon footprint of their online orders.
We are strongly against animal testing and ensure our products are developed using cruelty-free methods.
