MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by FedEx, DHL, or TNT all of which require a signature. Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. Each order on moeva.com is sent along with the exclusive MOEVA Bag. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please email us at info@moeva.com. Note that, MOEVA does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, we have adopted a strict no refund and no exchange policy for all swimwear pieces. Swimwear Returns:
All swimwear sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any swimwear items. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully and consult our accurate sizing guides before finalizing their purchases to ensure a perfect fit.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@moeva.com. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Defective or Damaged Items:
While all swimwear items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@moeva.com. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. We will provide further assistance and details on how to proceed with obtaining a replacement for the same item.
Returns and Exchanges for Other Apparel (RTW Dresses, Pants, etc.):
For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.

Important Notes:
