MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by FedEx, DHL, or TNT all of which require a signature. Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays. Each order on moeva.com is sent along with the exclusive MOEVA Bag. Swimwear Returns:

Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@moeva.com. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Defective or Damaged Items:

While all swimwear items undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, in the rare event you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@moeva.com. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Returns and Exchanges for Other Apparel (RTW Dresses, Pants, etc.):

For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.
