MOEVA ships worldwide and provides Standard and Express shipping options. All orders are sent by FedEx, DHL, or TNT all of which require a signature. Swimwear Returns:
All swimwear sales are final. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any swimwear items. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully and consult our accurate sizing guides before finalizing their purchases to ensure a perfect fit.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@moeva.com. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Defective or Damaged Items:

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.
