Delivery time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday through Friday, at the following times: 9:00-18:00 (GTM+3). Cancellation Policy:

Defective or Damaged Items:

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. For our ready-to-wear collection, including dresses, pants, and other non-swimwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and hygienic liners intact.
