Returns & Exchange
What is your return policy?
Moeva offers an exchange or returns within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date of the items to the customer. Claims concerning possible returns and refunds of goods must be unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and where relevant hygiene straps must be in place.
Moeva is not responsible for the return delivery charges and customs fees and duties of returning products. Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs. According to our company policy, we are unable to offer a refund on sale/final sales items.
For both exchange and return all you need to do is to deliver the item to our Istanbul office which deals with exchange and return procedures. We recommend you put it in a small bag to protect it from dust. Please contact us for Moeva Return Form with all the information you need, please fill it out and send it together with the items you want to exchange. You don't need to include any of the documents you received with your package back to us.

**Please note that all the items (the package) should be valued under 18 Euros and should be sent with a 'swimsuit sample return - no commercial value' description on them. In addition, since Moeva works with DHL as a courier company, we will ask you not to give it to other courier companies. Those are necessary to prevent any customs problems in Turkey. Otherwise, the responsibility is not on Moeva.
